30-Day Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the bottle's safety seal must be intact.

Opened Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used products. Once a bottle's seal has been broken, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.

This policy is designed for customers who purchased a multi-pack or extra bottles they no longer need — not as a single-use trial. We encourage you to start with one bottle if you're trying Circuit for the first time.

How to Request a Return

Email us at [email protected] with:

• Your order number
• The name on the order
• The reason for your return
• A photo of the unopened product (if requested)

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after approval.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
